Highly recommended by a longtime friend, Akye Vybez Kitchen immediately went on our North Alabama list. The Decatur Jamaican food truck builds hearty bowls around jerk chicken, curry chicken, brown stew chicken, stew beef and curry goat, with rice and beans, cabbage and plantains alongside. This is exactly the sort of place Hungry Hungry Huntsville exists to help you find: a little outside the usual restaurant scroll, worth knowing about, and now very much on our own eat-next list.
