Privacy Policy

Hungry Hungry Huntsville is built to help people discover North Alabama restaurants—not to turn visitors into a product. This policy explains the information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide one, your display name. We also store the restaurant activity needed to provide the account features you use, such as places saved to Radar and Trail Passport stamps.
To operate, protect, and improve HHH, we may also collect an anonymous first-party browser identifier, session and page activity, referral source and campaign information, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP, device and browser information, and network or ISP information when available. IP-based location is approximate and may identify a general network area rather than where a person actually is.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, send requested sign-in links, provide saved-place and Passport features, operate the site, prevent abuse, understand how HHH is used, improve the experience, and support appropriate personalization. We do not sell personal information or attempt to identify anonymous visitors by name.
Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers for authentication, email delivery, hosting, media storage, aggregate analytics, and optional IP/network information. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
Cookies
HHH uses essential cookies for sign-in and session security. It may also use an anonymous first-party visitor cookie and aggregate analytics to understand site use. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. If we add advertising, marketing, or other materially different cookie uses, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices before enabling them.
Your choices
You can update your display name or delete your account from your account settings. Clearing site cookies causes HHH to treat that browser as a new anonymous visitor. To ask a question about your information or request help with deletion, email hungry@discosolstudios.com.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
