Beignets & Brew has expanded its Huntsville footprint with a second location at 1015 North Memorial Parkway. The Gulf Coast-born concept specializes in hot, New Orleans-style beignets, from the classic powdered-sugar version to dressed-up and seasonal varieties, with dipping sauces including Nutella, buttercream, honey and blueberry. The coffee menu stretches from espresso drinks and flavored lattes to frozen coffee, with smoothies and other drinks rounding things out. The new location also adds a drive-thru, making powdered-sugar chaos considerably easier to acquire
