Why this place matters
One of my favorite Athens coffee stops, Bonsai combines thoughtfully sourced coffee, espresso and matcha with breakfast, pastries and enough lunch options to make it more than a caffeine run. Owners Rachel and Jason Campbell built the shop from a dream Rachel traces all the way back to childhood visits with her Athens grandparents.
