The Standard Social Market

Part restaurant, part neighborhood market and part downtown gathering place, The Standard Social Market has been feeding Huntsville since 2021. The Mercado Group concept on Holmes Avenue calls itself the home of seven-day brunch, but there's much more happening here than eggs and coffee. The menu moves between Southern comfort and something a little more dressed up. Think hearty breakfast burritos, thick bacon cheeseburgers, chicken-fried steak and changing dinner specials that might include pan-seared scallops with Tabasco beurre blanc. There's a full bar, too.
